Books That Make Me Happy :)

Why hello there... I was not feeling too good the last couple of days so I didn't post... No need to punish me, I'm already frustrated with myself!! Anyways, I saw a book review on Christ is Write - Tessa Emily Hall. If you would like to see it click on the little hyperlinky over there!! It inspired me, so I thought I might do one of my own! And I recently finished a book so it was perfect timing!! Anyways, let's get into the review...

The Book: The Hunger Games

Author: Suzanne Collins

Description: In the country that once was the United States of America sits a Capitol city. This capitol city rules over twelve districts. The Capitol holds what are known as the Hunger Games. Each district holds a drawing for one girl and one boy. The girl from District Twelve stepped in for her younger sister, Prim. This girl's name is Katniss. And she will be fighting to the death in the arena.

My Opinion: I liked it!! It was really suspenseful with just the right ratio of action and romance. Nothing dirty language or romance wise. It was really good. I'm one that likes those kinds of books like Maximum Ride. Anyways... The author did a very good job with the writing. I could picture just about everything. Some moments I wanted to cry, other moments I was almost peeing my pants scared.
